The look on my two year old son's face when he figured out the "and" page was everything, it's a firm favourite in our house now
I am a software engineer and when I saw the Kickstarter for "Computer Engineering for Babies" book I had to get that for my granddaughter! She just turned one years old and loves the book! She loves pushing the buttons to see the interaction with the lights. I'm sure by the time she is 2 she will understand more about computer engineering than most people :). Thank you for a fun product that helps me share my interests with my granddaughter.
My little girls get such a kick out of these books. You can work with them on something as simple as a cause and effects by pushing a button as well as the predictability of an action through how the circuit is set up. Love introducing this concept at such an early age.
Bought it for my 3-year-old son (yes, not exactly a baby but I was so excited this existed that I bought it anyway). Placed order something like 9 months ago. When it finally arrived we were incredibly psyched (admittedly I probably more than he was lol). All the blog updates detailing the challenges (redesigning the whole thing due to chip-shortage) really made me appreciate a lot more how much goes into the production of a digital book like this. I can feel the TLC put into the making of this book, the lovely print design and artwork. My favorite is when LED changes colors and between pages and the "magic" that allows this to work. I hope one day you find the inspiration to make a sequel!
